Help Us Improve Women’s Health in NZ & Australia
For too long, women’s health has been guided by limited data and one-size-fits-all care. But that’s changing — and you can help make it happen.
Sage Women’s Health has partnered with the non-profit arm of IPQ Analytics, a US-based organization focused on personalised disease modelling. Together, we’re supporting a global research study focused on women’s real-world experiences of perimenopause, menopause, and related risks such as breast cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis.
What’s this research about?
This study is gathering real-life data from women in New Zealand and Australia to uncover:
– Why women’s symptoms and risks differ
– How we can better predict future disease risk
– What evidence-based, personalised care should really look like
How you can support this global initiative:
1. Take the survey (choose the one that matches your country)
2. Download the flyer and share it with friends, clients, or colleagues
3. Encourage others to take part — every story makes a difference!
Choosing the Right Flyer: Individual vs Professional
Are you completing this survey as an individual or a health professional?
We welcome participation from both!
– If you’re taking the survey for yourself, use the Individual Flyer to share with friends or family.
– If you’re a coach, clinician, or healthcare provider, the Professional Flyer is designed for use in your practice or network.
📩 Please download and share the flyer that fits your role — and thank you for helping advance women’s health!

Why this matters:
This is an opportunity to move beyond generalisations and truly understand what women go through in midlife — from hot flushes to heartbreak, brain fog to bone health. Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your data matters.
If you’ve ever felt unseen in healthcare, this is a chance to help change that — for yourself, your daughters, your sisters, and the women you work with.
Warmly, Sharon Tomkins
